Terms of Service

By using BizLink, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BizLink.

BizLink is not intended for children under 13. Users must be legally able to agree to these Terms under applicable law. BizLink does not currently provide age verification or parental-consent functionality.

• Users must provide accurate account information.
• Users are responsible for protecting their password and account access.
• Email verification may be required before full account use.
• Users should notify BizLink about suspected unauthorized access.
• Users may not misuse accounts to evade enforcement or platform restrictions.

Users are responsible for information they publish. Business owners should provide accurate business, service, pricing, availability, and contact details. Users may not impersonate others or publish fraudulent or misleading claims. BizLink does not claim to verify every business.

BizLink helps users discover businesses, communicate, and request or manage appointments. Businesses provide the actual services and are responsible for service quality, licensing, safety, pricing, availability, and fulfillment.

Customers and businesses are responsible for their interactions and agreements. BizLink does not guarantee availability, service quality, outcomes, professional licensing, customer payment, attendance, or appointment results. BizLink does not currently process payments in the v1.0 product.

User content includes profile information, business information, service information, posts, images, comments, messages where necessary for delivery, reviews, and ratings.

Users retain ownership of their content. Users grant BizLink a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute content as needed to operate and promote BizLink. Private messages are processed for delivery and related messaging functionality, not for public display.

Users must have permission to upload or publish content. Users may not post content that infringes copyrights, impersonates others, violates privacy, shares unauthorized personal information, deceives users, or is harmful or unlawful.

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. Fake reviews, rating manipulation, harassment, and irrelevant review content are prohibited. BizLink may remove review content that violates policy, but BizLink does not promise that every review is verified.

Users must communicate respectfully. Spam, threats, harassment, scams, and unwanted solicitation are prohibited. Users should avoid sharing sensitive information unnecessarily. BizLink does not claim that messages are end-to-end encrypted.

Users may not use BizLink for illegal activity, fraud, scams, spam, harassment, threats, hate or targeted abuse, impersonation, account evasion, malicious software, unauthorized access attempts, unauthorized scraping, interference with the service, misuse of reports, misleading business or service claims, or attempts to bypass suspensions or moderation.

Users may report content or behavior. BizLink may review reports and may restrict, remove, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for policy violations, abuse, risk, legal requirements, or platform protection. BizLink does not promise specific report review times and does not claim AI moderation is active.

Users may stop using BizLink and may request account deletion by contacting enmh.karimi@gmail.com. BizLink may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or safety reasons. Attempts to delete and recreate accounts to evade enforcement are prohibited. Limited enforcement information may be retained when reasonably necessary.

BizLink may link to external websites, maps, phone links, email links, image storage, email delivery, hosting providers, or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

BizLink may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BizLink is provided on an "as available" basis. BizLink is a platform and does not guarantee user-generated information, business information, third-party services, appointment outcomes, or service quality. This section should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before broad public launch.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Governing-law and dispute terms require a legal and business decision before broad public launch. BizLink does not currently add mandatory arbitration terms in this draft.

BizLink may update these Terms as the product changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
